lately.

bryant went back to work yesterday. vacation's over. boo that.

but last week when we were living the good life, we saw the new x-men movie and went and got doughnuts one day.

and then, to our surprise, it was national doughnut day! so we got 2 for free!

doughnuts taste better when their free. fact.

sunday we took a really long nap. it stormed and we napped. it was glorious.

have i told you lately how much i love summer?! well, i do. i'm gonna go to the pool this week. and i'm gonna wear a two-piece. it's gonna be hottttt. yes, 5 t's, that's how hot it's gonna be.

i used my ice cream maker for the first time yesterday.

strawberry ice cream. success, delicious success.

and i've been shopping a lot. for isaac henry. clearance and yard sales, so i can really rack up.

in other news, there's a third baby tomato. and some teensy peppers. i'm stoked!

and that's about it, i guess. i like slow summers. and if you like them too, i hope you're having one.

  1. I ate a Krispy Kreme doughnut on Sunday, and it was that Oreo one. It was yum-o.

That Strawberry Ice Cream looks delish. I need an ice cream maker since mine died last Summer.
